Harmony of the Seas Day 2 (Atlantis Visit)

Today began co-owner Amy McHugh, and dream agent Robyn Ayers second day on board the brand new Harmony of the Seas. We began the day with breakfast at the Windjammer Cafe which is a buffet available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food offerings were very good. After breakfast we attended Common Ground, an executive session discussing all of the latest and upcoming additions including ports, ships and itineraries.

Today, we were very lucky to stop in Nassau and visit Atlantis. Atlantis is located just 15 minutes from the port on Paradise Island. You can take a taxi from the port for just $4 per person and it is certainly worth the trip. There is truly something here for everyone. The resort has 5 properties consisting of accommodations ranging from standard rooms to suites. Beach Tower which is great for those on a budget, Coral Towers is their moderately priced option and Royal Towers is a more luxurious resort centrally located to all of the action. The Reef and The Cove offer the most luxurious and largest of the accommodations on property. The Reef and The Cove have studios and suites instead of basic hotel rooms and they are upscale and beautiful. If you are staying on property your admission to Aquaventure is included with your stay. It is a great property and is home to over 50,000 sea animals many of which can be swimming through the 141 acre Aquaventure area of the resort. This area also features slides such as Leap of Faith and The Drop with a total of 8 slides in all. There are multiple pools and a great beach on property.  Dolphin Cay is also located on property and is one of their most popular activities (note this is at an additional cost). We were lucky to enjoy some down time on the beautiful beach and had a quick meal at Cascades which was very good. A big thanks to Melissa Alexander for hosting us and we look forward to sending you there soon. Contact your Dream agent today and ask us about our exclusive agency benefits.

After a relaxing afternoon we returned to the ship for our last night onboard. Tonight our server at dinner was Alexander from the Philippines and he was great. Amy had the spinach and ricotta ravioli followed by a banana sundae. Robyn had the broiled lobster tail followed by the Grand Marnier soufflé. Everything was wonderful! We ended the evening exploring the ship. We even had a drink made by a robotic bartender at the Bionic Bar which was very cool and quite tasty. We spent our last evening enjoying the view from our balcony overlooking the Boardwalk.

Thanks for reading and being loyal Dream clients. Please contact your Dream agent with any questions about this beautiful new ship and book your next Dream vacation.
