Dream Makers Vacation Services co-owner, Amy McHugh and dream agent Robyn Ayers, have spent an amazing few days at Walt Disney World attending the 2018 EarMarked Owners’ Summit. There have been amazing announcements of things to come and we have experienced lots of magic in the parks and beyond. Disney is truly all about magic and pixie dust!

Just this morning the 2019 Disney Cruise Line itineraries were released which was announced this week at our conference. These will be open for booking beginning next week. This is the perfect opportunity to experience the magic of a Disney cruise. Contact us today for more information.

Dream agent Robyn spent Tuesday morning testing her touring plan at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. It is extremely hard to get fastpasses for the newest ride, Flight of Passage, in Pandora so she figured she should test an alternate option for our valued clients. Disney is offering extra magic hours every day through the summer for resort guests which is a perfect for this plan. Robyn ordered a Minnie Van which is a new option for all WDW guests. This service is ordered through Lyft but staffed by Disney Cast Members. The cost is a flat rate of $25 and was well worth it. She ordered the van at 6:35AM and it arrived by 6:45AM. Dan was the driver and he was super knowledgeable. They chatted for the quick trip and she arrived at 7:02AM and was one of the first 20 people in line at the gate. It was an early entry morning so they opened the park gate at 7:30AM. They let her walk down to Pandora where she waited until 7:45AM when the cast members walked her to Flight of Passage. Robyn was off the ride by 8:08AM and it was fantastic. It is a must do…talk about magic! She quickly headed over to Na’vi River and then right to Expedition Everest which she rode 3 times. She also did Primeval Whirl and Dinosaur all before 9AM. This is the perfect plan if you cannot get fastpasses for Flight of Passage.

We spent Tuesday evening in Epcot. We were lucky enough to visit during the annual Flower and Garden show which is held every spring. The park is beautiful with lovely flowers, flower sculptures and even a butterfly garden. They also have added food and drink options around International Showcase which is great. We rode the new updated Soarin’ Test Track, which is always a favorite, and Frozen. We also heard about a new option, the World Showcase Wine Walk, which they are offering in Italy, France and Germany that includes two environmentally friendly wine glasses with six 2oz pours at select locations. This sounds like a great deal for wine lovers. We then had a very good dinner at Via Napoli which ended with a special birthday treat for me as well as a song. It rained most of the evening but we still had a wonderful time and experienced the magic that only Disney can provide rain or shine. Thanks again for reading and we look forward to helping you plan your dream Disney vacation. Contact your favorite dream agent today! #DreamMakersVaca #EarMarkedSummit #Epcot
