Sept 2012 (Day 1)

We (Amy and Robyn) are traveling to the Bahamas this week to learn more about the dream resorts we send our valued clients to. I (Robyn) arrived today in the beautiful Bahamas and headed to Atlantis which is a short 30 minute trip from the airport. Atlantis is a fantastic resort that everyone should experience at least once. There is truly something here for everyone and you will never be bored.

Atlantis has 5 towers consisting of accommodations ranging from standard room to suites. Your stay at Atlantis includes amenities such as The Dig which is a passageway complete with sea life that tells the story of ancient Atlantis. It is home to over 50,000 sea animals many of which can be swimming through the 141 acre aquaventure area of the resort. This area also features slides such as Leap of Faith and The Drop with a total of 8 slides in all. There are 19 pools and a great beach on property as well. Dolphin Cay is also located on property and is one of their most popular activities (additional charges apply-contact your Dream Agent for more details). Many of the dolphins at Dolphin Cay were rescued after Hurricane Katrina and brought to live on property.

Atlantis features great shopping, dining and the Caribbean’s largest casino. World class sports including tennis, lap pools and a nearby golf course. Kids of all ages can visit clubs created specifically for their age group. Adults can do as little or as much as they choose. Atlantis has it all and is a must do if you are ever in Nassau. Pics will follow soon.  In the meantime, please contact your dream agent with any questions.  We look forward to sending you here soon!  Stay tuned tomorrow for details about our visit to Sandals Royal Bahamian.
