Some of our team members recently traveled to Secrets Playa Blanca for a Conference with a group of other travel advisors & industry partners. We pride ourselves in having one of the best networks in the travel industry and this experience was a prime example of this. Our days were spent in learning conferences, networking and experiencing this gorgeous resort.
Secrets Playa Blanca is a beautiful adults-only all inclusive property located approximately 40 minutes from the Cancun airport. From the minute we arrived, we knew we were in for a special experience. They had a separate check in area for our group and it all went so smoothly. Our rooms were ready so we were able to get settled in right away & hit the pool after a long day of travel. The rooms at Secrets Playa Blanca are super spacious and decorated with handcrafted décor from local artisans. The balconies offer a large soaking tub and lounge bed to relax on. The views were stunning. We could see the ocean, beach, and overlook the main pools on property.
We spent most of our time at the activity pool and the beachfront infinity pool. The service at the swim up bar and around the pools was great. We were able to order drinks and lunch right to our lounge chairs. We really loved the live music that this resort had throughout the day. Where else can you be swimming around and have a live mariachi band singing as background music? It was so cool.
We learned so much at our day full of speakers & meetings. Topics ranged from having confidence in communication, social media, AI, and more. It was so much information but our team took it all in & look forward to using it in the future to help better serve our awesome clients.
Another special part of our stay was we got to witness a surprise vow renewal for two of our fellow travel advisor friends. The ceremony & reception were spectacular. Every detail was perfect and the resort staff members had it all covered. We send many Groups and Destination Weddings to Mexico (and other destinations) and are experts in organizing and executing all the details. The Conference went by so fast and we were sad to leave.
