Some of our team traveled here recently for a work Conference. We loved networking and learning with some of the top travel advisors in the industry. I think that it is safe to say that we all came back relaxed and refreshed. Secrets Moxche, in the beautiful Rivera Maya (Mexico) was our home for our stay.
This gorgeous, adults only all inclusive is a great option for your next dream vacation. Located approx. 35 minutes from the CUN airport, it was a quick transfer. We checked in, with scented cold towels and a welcome drink. They were very quick to get us checked in and on our way.
We needed double beds, so there are less options in this room category. We were in Room 2209, which had a Tropical View. If you can help it, we recommend booking a room with a King bed for an enhanced view. Our room was comfortable, immaculately cleaned and well stocked with beer, wine, snacks and their signature amenities. The patio was almost a room and was an enjoyable place to relax and enjoy life.
Immediately, one of the differences that stood out at this resort was the live entertainment. Instead of piped in music, they had live and local entertainment poolside. This was amazing and added to the upscale feel of the resort. Speaking of upscale, we felt that the food was on a higher level than most resorts. A highlight with the food were late night taco and dessert trucks. We are still talking about how delicious and convenient this was! Like other resorts in their Brand, they also had a Coco Café which provided coffees, tea and fine desserts among other things. Another highlight was the Preferred Club rooftop pool and restaurant. The views here were spectacular, to say the least.
A highlight was our last night, where we experienced a vow renewal for two very special industry friends. Not a dry eye was in the house, and it was spectacular. The details, colors, cuisine and just the vibe in general were amazing. We send many Groups and Destination Weddings to Mexico (and other destinations) and are experts in organizing and executing all the details. We had dinner with some of the event team here and will utilize these relationships to make your event memorable. Congrats to Grace and Mitchell!
To be honest, the Conference flew, and we were not ready to leave to return home. We hope to return to Secrets Moxche sooner than later as there is so much more that we want to experience.
